Business use and accounts

You must be authorised to act for the business that uses JobBell and provide accurate account and configuration information. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials, controlling team access and telling us promptly about suspected misuse.

What JobBell provides

JobBell provides software for call handling, enquiry capture, lead management, availability and booking workflows, notifications and related business operations. Available features depend on your plan, configuration and connected services.

JobBell uses automated and artificial intelligence systems. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed where accuracy, safety or commercial decisions matter. JobBell does not provide emergency response, professional trade advice, medical advice or a guarantee of appointments, revenue or uninterrupted service.

Your responsibilities

• Configure accurate services, availability, prices and instructions.
• Have a lawful basis for information you ask JobBell to process.
• Provide required notices to callers and customers.
• Respond appropriately to urgent, dangerous or safeguarding situations.
• Use JobBell lawfully and not to harm, deceive, harass or infringe the rights of others.

Connected services

JobBell may depend on third party services such as telephony, voice, email, calendar, hosting and database providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect parts of JobBell. You authorise the connections you configure and remain responsible for the accounts you connect.

Fees, changes and termination

Fees, billing periods, usage limits and cancellation arrangements are set out in your order, plan or subscription checkout. We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary and will provide notice of material changes where practical. Either party may end the service as allowed by the applicable order. We may suspend access to protect the service, users or others, or for serious breach or nonpayment.

Ownership and acceptable use

We and our licensors retain rights in JobBell, its software and branding. You retain rights in your business content and grant us the rights needed to process it and provide the service. You must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use JobBell to break the law.

Liability and the complete agreement

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow that result. Any further commercial warranties, liability limits, indemnities and governing law may be set out in your applicable order or subscription agreement. These terms, the privacy policy and any applicable order form the agreement for the service.
